4 : Link Popularity

We all want to find web sites that are relevant to our search criteria. The more times your web site is linked to from other sites with a similar topic and the same key words, the higher your site will rank after the search engines’ number crunching.

Content is king. If you spend one hour a day the first two weeks, and three hours a week the remaining ten weeks building link popularity you will see a dramatic difference at the end of this twelve week WebQuest. This is the reason for working out this hard right?

Find suitable potential link partners and find sites that link to your competitors. Develop a spreadsheet or database to keep track of all the sites linking to you.
